How credits work
We meter the one thing that costs money (an AI reply) and you always know the price of the next one.
1 credit = one AI reply on Standard AI. Advanced AI replies use 4 credits, because they run our most capable models for nuanced, long-context questions. Visitor messages, retrieval, and everything else around a reply cost nothing.
Included plan credits reset each billing cycle. Need more? Top-up packs are prepaid, valid for 12 months, and only burn after your included credits are used up, so a busy month is a choice you make, never a bill you discover.

Prefer to never run out? Turn on auto-recharge: when your balance drops below a threshold you set, we buy your chosen pack automatically, capped by a monthly dollar limit you control. It's opt-in, and you can turn it off any time.

Prepaid, never metered
Your plan, top-up packs, and auto-recharge are all paid up front. There is no open-ended meter, so there is no invoice you didn't agree to in advance.
You set the spend limit
Auto-recharge is opt-in and honours a monthly dollar limit you choose. Hit it, and automatic purchases pause until next month. Manual top-ups still work whenever you want them.
